Because we take pressure off teachers and add perspectives to lessons that come directly from energy practice.
People from the energy sector, science and engineering show not only how something works, but also where it is needed in the real energy system.
Through our partners, we are represented in many regions of Germany and can include local experience, facilities and career perspectives.
Our stations combine subject content with clear tasks and are designed as complete, ready-to-use learning offers for young people.
We bring materials, experiments, booklets, delivery and staff support. Your institution only provides the group, time and space.
The programme does not replace subject teaching. It expands it with applications, conversations and connections that there is often little time for in everyday school life.
No prior knowledge is needed. We meet different ages, experience and knowledge levels within the group and make shared discovery possible.
The focus is on awareness-building: Network Energy Talents makes the importance of a secure energy supply, previously less visible connections, and the people and professions behind the energy transition tangible.
The energy transition is one of the biggest tasks of our time – and full of career opportunities. We want to show young people what happens behind the socket and which questions often remain invisible in everyday life.
That’s why we make complex connections tangible. Participants build, measure, puzzle and discuss for themselves. This creates curiosity, self-confidence and a new view of technical careers.
01
Technology becomes understandable through your own hands.
02
The path of electricity becomes a complete picture.
03
Energy careers become visible and imaginable.
Depending on the task, the stations take around 25 to 30 minutes and can be booked individually or as part of a project day.
01
Build & test
Discover energy sources, build a mini generator and turn movement into electrical energy.
02
Plan & discuss
Connect generation and consumption on a map of Germany – and see why new transmission lines are needed.
03
Puzzle & match
Assemble the complete energy pathway from generation via the grid to the socket.
04
Calculate, measure & discover
In a real school experiment with coils and a measuring device, calculate, measure and find out for yourself how transformers change voltage.
05
Connect & respond
Build a power grid, investigate fault scenarios and experience how supply remains secure even when disruptions occur.
Organisation is deliberately kept simple. You provide the group and the room – we take care of the experience.
We provide everything else:
Materials, experiment setups, booklets, full delivery and the necessary staff support from our team.
At the end, each participant becomes an Energy Scout:
Regardless of programme length and the missions chosen, everyone receives a personal certificate.
An enquiry is non-binding. Together we find out whether the programme and the possible framework are a good fit for both sides.
01
Our team will contact you and answer the first questions.
02
We talk about the group, learning goals, desired missions and the right time frame.
03
We compare possible dates and clarify when delivery is possible for your institution and our team.
Then simply forward this page to your teacher. Maybe they’ll see real added value for your class – and we’ll be with you soon.
Tell us briefly about your school and your group. We’ll get back to you personally, clarify the right missions and find a date together. On request, we’re happy to share further information about the schedule, content and delivery.
